Job Position: Director of International Business

Full time permanent position located in West Central Illinois; from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation & benefits package is negotiable and dependent on education and work history.

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field and one year prior experience required.

Must be bilingual in English / Chinese

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

• Facilitate the international business of the company by overseeing and coordinating purchasing, sales and marketing between U.S. & Asian manufacturing companies and company headquarters in China.
• Develop marketing programs that cover the U.S. & Asian markets, using statistics and research available in those areas.
• Direct teh creation of all bilingual brochures, company procedures, business forms and internet postings.
• Evaluate and recommend new targeted areas to expand the company's current products and the potential for new product development.
